This application has been filed seeking permission to produce further documents namely, the Death Certificates of the attesting witnesses and documents to establish the further witness to speak about his knowledge of the signature of the attesting witnesses.

2.In view of the circumstances, this Application stands allowed. The petitioner is permitted to produce those documents and mark them during the course of further evidence.
