Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent in Letter No.C.86/PC/12669-12670/MASCPR/G.K.Express/2014 dated 21.07.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to withdraw, rescind and recall the illegal selection of the third party in respect of the said Tender dated 24.10.2013.
