It is the case of the petitioner that she got married to a person from Tamil Nadu. She is entitled to get the nativity certificate from the 2nd respondent, as she was born and brought up in the Union Territory of Pondicherry.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the enquiry conducted also reveals the above said fact. However, despite the application made by the petitioner as early as 29.9.2015, the 2nd respondent has not issued the nativity https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
certificate and Integrated Certificate and in the meanwhile the selection process for the appointment of Primary School teacher is going on. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.
3. This Court is not willing to go into the facts involved as it is for the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner on application of mind. Suffice it is to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 29.9.2015.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 29.9.2015 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
