3. The learned Rent Controller (XII Small Causes Court) Chennai is directed to dispose of the proceedings in R.C.O.P.No.2417 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, on or before 31 March 2017.
4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
