Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to measure demarcate and fix the boundary of the petitioners land in S.No.245 of Senapathy Palayam Village, Dharapuram Taluk based on the representation dated 18.9.2015. Based upon the Sale Deed bearing document No.344 of 1973 dated 21.05.1973 on the file of Sub-Registrar, Moolanur, the petitioner made a representation on 18.09.2015 to the first respondent seeking to measure the land in S.No.243 of Senapathy Palayam village, Dharapuram Taluk, Thiruppur District and fix the boundary. As no further order has been passed by the respondents on the said representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Considering the facts of the case, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the second and third respondents to consider the representation dated 18.09.2015 made by the petitioner and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the third parties, if any.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
