This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6660 of 2024 dated 08.04.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, final report is filed in this case.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
