PRAYER : (Prayer has been amended vide order of this Court dated 22.10.2025) Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 1st to 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 11.07.2025 and remove the compound wall blocking the public road, footpath, and vehicular access leading to the subject agricultural land located at Survey No. 221/4B, 221/6B, 221/6A, 230/2, Patta No. 433, and total of 3.53 Acres Kaavathur Village, Madhurandhagam, Chengalpet district and restore to its original position and pass such further or other orders. ORDER

The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation dated 11.07.2025 and remove the compound wall blocking the public road, footpath, and vehicular access leading to the subject agricultural land located at Survey No. 221/4B, 221/6B, 221/6A, 230/2, Patta No. 433, and total of 3.53 Acres Kaavathur Village, Madhurandhagam, Chengalpet district and restore to its original position. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the 3 rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated

11.07.2025 and, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner and other interested parties, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
