Crl.M.P.No.8067 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9212 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9212 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the bail condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of final report.
