O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for a direction to the learned III Additional District Judge, Kallakurichi to expeditiously dispose of O.S.No.46 of 2019.

2. On a perusal of the proceedings in O.S.No.46 of 2019, it is clear that a Transfer Original Petition in Tr.O.P.No.156 of 2024 is pending before the Principal District Judge, Kallakurichi and hence this suit has been adjourned. If I were to give a direction to the learned III Additional District Judge to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2019, that would have the effect of rendering the Transfer O.P.

infructuous.

3. Hence, I am not inclined to give such direction. Suffice it to request the learned Principal District Judge, Kallakurichi to take a call either way in Transfer O.P.No.156 of 2024 now pending before him within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge shall dispose of the suit on the basis of the orders that are being passed in the aforesaid Transfer O.P. This Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
