The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Uthangarai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.216 of 2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The 1st respondent herein filed a suit in O.S.No.216 of 2021 seeking declaration and recovery of possession against the petitioner and 2nd respondent herein.

3. It is seen from the e-court status filed in the typed-set of papers, the pleadings of the parties are already completed and issues have been framed as early as April-2024. The suit has been adjourned from time to time from 07.06.2024 onwards under the caption 'Trial'.

4. Taking into consideration the pleadings of the parties are already completed and the suit is posted for trial, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub Court, Uthangarai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.216 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
