This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and furnish the sureties before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, and to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8233 of 2026 dated 02.04.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8233 of 2026 dated 02.04.2026 and no further extension of time will be granted.
