ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 13.08.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12166 of 2020 thereby directing the first respondent to conduct fresh enquiry on C.S.R.No.337 of 2020 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent conducted fresh enquiry in C.S.No.No.337 of 2020 and passed order on 29.06.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 29.06.2024, before this Court.
