Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to issue a family card to the petitioner based on the application dated 28.08.2014 given by the petitioner within a stipulated period of time. By consent of both parties, the matter is taken up for final disposal.

2. This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to issue a family card to the petitioner based on the application dated 28.08.2014 given by the petitioner within a stipulated period of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner made an application on 28.08.2014 seeking issuance of a separate family card. The said request has been made based upon the family card which once belong to his parents, wife's parents, name deletion certificate of the petitioner and name deletion certificate of the petitioner's wife along with recommendation of the Revenue Inspector. As the said application is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Considering the above, direction is issued to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2014 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
