ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to file a final report against the respondents 2 to 5 in Crime No.10 of 2020.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.10 of 2020, dated 22.07.2020, no final report is filed till date. 3.Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of one month. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
