Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the second respondent comprised in I.A.No.545 of 2005 in I.D.No.122 of 1999 passed by the second respondent culminating in the order dated 7.12.2005 and quash the same and consequentially reopen the case and give opportunity to let in evidence on behalf of the petitioner Corporation.

ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner made a statement before this Court that the writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
