Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition petitioners ready to appear before the respondent police every Sunday at 6.30 p.m. imposed the petitioners/accused in Crl.O.P.No.9821/2017 dated 24.05.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.K.SOMASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S J.KARUPPIAH, PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioners/ A1 & A3 seek modification of the condition earlier imposed by this Court on the ground that the first petitioner is an employee in the SRM University Canteen and that the second petitioner is a degree holder aiming to move for higher studies.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are obeying the condition and he has no objection for modification of the conditions. Therefore, the modification petition is ordered as prayed for.
