O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 12.6.2020, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.S.N. Parthasarathy, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the petitioner must make an online application seeking for transfer of patta and immediately on submission of the application, the same will be considered by the respondent and a decision will be taken within the time fixed by this Court.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to make an online application seeking for transfer of patta. immediately, on receipt of the application, shall pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the application from the petitioner.

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
