The petitioner is an owner cum Proprietor of Cable Network. The grievance of the petitioner is that a syndicate was formed by the private respondents and run the T.V. Network business in the name and style of Friends Cable Network Limited at Kuthambakkam. In pursuant to which, the petitioner is prevented from doing his business lawfully. The petitioner has made a complaint to the second respondent which was rejected and thereafter, an appeal has been filed before the seventh respondent on 23.07.2015. Seeking a direction to dispose of the said appeal, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent submitted that the appeal may be disposed of within a period of five weeks.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent, a direction is given to the seventh respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 23.07.2015 filed by the petitioner, within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
