M. DURAISWAMY,J., sr COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioners sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions with liberty to file an appeal as against the Order passed in M.P.No.189 of 2015 in RCOP No.63 of 2012 and M.P.No.191 of 2015 in RCOP No.65 of 2012 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Poonamallee dated 01.09.2015. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect in the grounds of revision. In view of the same, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected CMPs are closed. It is open to the petitioners to challenge the impugned orders in accordance with law before the appellate forum.
