This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused, to set aside the judgment dated 06.12.2013 made in C.A.No.4 of 2013, on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, and as confirmed in judgment dated 07.01.2013 in S.T.C.No.1152 of 2005, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the Criminal Revision Petition is allowed and the order passed by the trial Court in STC.No.1152 of 2005, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur is hereby set aside.
