Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Notice dated 02.04.2014 regarding i) Classification of the company and all the directors as Willful defaulters and advise the RBI accordingly, ii) intimate the Government authorities about the default the company and iii) to publish the photos of the borrower and guarantors in the newspapers on the file of the respondent and quash the same and direct the respondent not o adopt any coercive and arm twisting method to collect he dues.
