Crl.M.P.No.7874 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4649 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4649 of 2023 dated 08.03.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4649 of 2023 dated 08.03.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on all hearing dates, without fail.
