3. The transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience of the wife who is shown to be a resident of Oragadam in Chennai.

4. Considering the convenience of the wife and the fact that the transfer of the proceedings to a Sub Court will enable the parties to engage counsel and they would not be required to appear in person for every hearing, OP No.2691 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the Sub Court, Poonamallee to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
