These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.Nos.19347, 19348, 19351 of 2023 dated 23.12.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the cases.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that trial has been commenced and the petitioners are ready to co-operate for the trial.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
