Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments prays for permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Second Appellate Authority, viz., the State Information Commission, under section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted. No costs.
