ORDER
(1)This application is filed by the applicants to clarify the order dated 13.02.2025 by allowing the applicants to pay the rental amounts once in three months when a fresh lease agreement is entered between the 3 rd applicant and the respondent.
(2)This Court vide order dated 13.02.2025, closed applications in A.Nos.5871 to 5873/2022 after recording events. Learned AG&OT was permitted to enter into a fresh lease agreement with the 3 rd applicant herein after following due process of law.
(3)In the course of hearing the earlier applications, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the applicants submitted that the applicants may be permitted to pay rent once in three months. However, this was not recorded in the order dated 13.02.2025. (4)Therefore, in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 13.02.2025, the following lines may be added:-''The respondents are permitted to pay rent once in three months.''
(5)In the fresh agreement, learned AG&OT is directed to incorporate the specific terms so that the applicants herein can pay the accumulated monthly rents once in three months.
(6)Accordingly, the applications are allowed and the order dated 13.02.2025 is clarified.
