Crl.M.P.Nos.8094 and 9097 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9596 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

The petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9596 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and to extend the time to surrender and execute the sureties.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9596 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m.

until further order.

4.A further period of two weeks time is granted from the date on which the order copy is made ready, to surrender and execute the sureties.

5.The Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly.
