Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the respondent to register FIR against 1)Kumaravadivelu 2) V.Shanmugam 3) Vijayalakshmi Shanmugam 4)Uma 5)Geetha 6)Dhanalakshmi in RDO Proceeding Na.Ka.No.4051/2013/A1 dated 22.11.2013 and take action against aforesaid accused as per law and retrieve the aforesaid all jewellery's and household articles and punish the accused in accordance with law.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to register a case in respect of death of one Thulasi @ Vadivukarasi.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a case has been registered in Crime No.1915 of 2013 under Section 174(iii) of Cr.P.C., and RDO has conducted enquiry and submitted a report and further action would be taken.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Petition is closed.
