The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No.1517 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, R1 Mambalam Police Station, and Chennai.

2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves.

3. In order to identify themselves, the petitioners and the 2nd defacto complainant / 2nd respondent have submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards viz., 1. R.Karthik @ Devendran - 711533505220, 2. V.Balakrishnan @ Gopi - 865092096481, 3. Lakshmanan - 915324099417, 4. Jayaprakash - https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

879499885542 and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.

4. Today, an Affidavit dated 20.12.2017 was also filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that he has no objection to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 1517 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, R1 Mambalam Police Station, and Chennai.

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No. 1517 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, R1 Mambalam Police Station, and Chennai is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
