Earlier this Court by order dated 08.07.2022 directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.8 of 2024 within a period of two weeks and on such deposit, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the said amount.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the intervenor submits that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions as per the order of this Court

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.08.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal".

4. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

5. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as non-prosecution.
