ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.08.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully. 3.It is brought to my notice by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police as prima facie, there appears to have been no offence committed, warranting investigation.
4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
