O R D E R

Claiming title to the property i.e., the land situated in Thandrampattu Village, Thiruvannamalai District in survey No.187/5B2, the petitioner sent a representation on 11.10.2013 to the official respondents.

In the said representation, the petitioner has stated that patta, which stood in his name for the aforesaid property, was changed unilaterally in favour of one Sundaramoorthy, S/o.Thandavarayamoorthy. Therefore, the petitioner sought for re-issuance of patta in his name.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; the learned Additional Government Pleader https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appearing for the respondents No.1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, in which, the petitioner seeks direction to the respondent No.3 to pass appropriate orders on the representation made on 11.10.2013, the said authority is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same, if not disposed already, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondent No.4. As the said representation is said to be pending for more than two years, the petitioner is also directed to give another copy of the said representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by enclosing a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
