PRAYER:This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for an issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Memorandum No.1780/OTD-A2/ 2011 dated 27.03.2014 passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to appointment the petitioner in Recruitment (Direct)- Non-Interview Post included in Combined Subordinate Services Examination-I, 2011-2013 on Notification dated 13.06.2012 by the respondent (TNPSC).
