This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 10.07.2016 given by the petitioner and to investigate the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.330/2016.
