ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 5.8.2015, seeking upgradation of the scale of pay of Training Officers from Rs.9300-34800+ GP 4200, to that of Rs.9300-34800+GP 4600 on merits.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the Respondents 1 and 2 are directed to dispose of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the Petitioner dated 5.8.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
