Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Appeal No.90/2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed by the Honble Principal Session Judge at Puducherry in S.C.No.70/2008 by judgment dt.13.10.2017, sentencing the petitioner to undergo imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs.1000/- in default to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 1 year,for the offence u/s 302 IPC AND TO SENTENCED HIM TO UDNERGO 3 YEARS rigorous imprisonment for six months for offence under section 380 IPC AND ENLARGE enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.90/2019.
