The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.298 of 2019 within a time frame. 1/4

2. The respondent herein filed a suit seeking a bare injunction against the petitioner. A perusal of 'A' diary extract filed in the typed set of papers would indicate the trial in the suit commemnced long back and PW.1 was EXAMINED on 27.02.2023 and 15 documents were marked. Thereafter, the suit has been adjourned from time to time for continuation of PW.1's evidence and number of Interlocutory Applications were filed. Therefore, there is no substantial progress in the suit. Taking into consideration the suit is of the year 2019 and PW.1 was examined as early as on 27.02.2023, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
