Crl.M.P.No.6833 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.286 of 2017 NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO,J AND S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J Order of the Court was made by NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO,J The accused was found guilty of committing the offences under Section 302 as well as 302 read with 201 of the Indian Penal Code after a full fledged trial and he has been sentenced to undergo life imprisonment with a fine of Rs.5,000/- for the offence under Section 302 and to undergo five years rigorous imprisonment with a fine of Rs.2,000/- for the offence under Section 302 read with 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Further, both the sentences were ordered to run concurrently.
Challenging the same, the petitioner has come forward with the above appeal.
2. Pending appeal, the petitioner has filed the above petition, seeking suspension of sentence.
3. Heard both.
4. For the conduct held established after a full fledged trial by the prosecution, we see no justifiable reason to take any compassionate view in the matter.
5. Accordingly, the above petition stands dismissed.
