The petition has been filed seeking extension of time for a period of 10 days to execute the sureties as per the order dated 19.01.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.714 of 2026, pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondent. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, time granted by this Court, vide order, dated 19.01.2026, made in Crl.O.P.No.714 of 2026, is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this odrer.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
