O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioners alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.6899 of 2011 dated 06.03.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented by both the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents that the order of this Court has been complied with. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in the order dated 12.01.2022 there is no reference with regard to the extension of seniority and other benefits etc. This Court cannot go into that aspect in the Contempt Petition and if the petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 12.01.2022, it is open to them to challenge the same in accordance with law.
