O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the second respondent herein, viz., the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District to register a case on his complaint dated 13.08.2012 against the culprits.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent police conducted enqury and closed on 12.08.2014. The 2nd respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of a order.

4. With the above observation, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
