This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 36 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard Mr.C.Paranthaman, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 36 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.21770 of 2022 is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of respondent counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.

7. Post the matter on 03.03.2023.
