This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent Police to provide protection to the petitioner Trust at the time of cutting the trees.

3.It is seen that the matter is essentially a civil dispute and therefore, the direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted in a case of this nature. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to move the civil Court in accordance with law.
