Heard Mr. N.G.R.Prasad, Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 1.29 p.m. today.

The First to Fourth Respondents filed a memo dated 11.04.2022 stating as follows:- "1.

The Petitioner filed the subject mentioned Writ Petition to direct the First Respondent to issue order of transfer to the Petitioner as has been done in the case of similarly placed persons. 2.

The Petitioner was engaged as Security Agent by Air India Air Transport Services Limited (briefly called AIATSL) on fixed term basis and not by Air India Limited. It is learnt that by communication dt. 9.11.2019 the services of the Petitioner was terminated by AIATSL and she is no longer in services of AIATSL since then. A copy of the termination order dt. 9.11.2019 is filed herewith. It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to consider the above aspect, dismiss the Writ Petition and render justice." In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
