The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No. 609 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioner and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves.

3. In order to identify the petitioner and the de-facto complainant, they have submitted the photo copies of their Identity Cards viz.,1.Robert Paul Raj - 804817476065 (Aadhar Card) and 2. Geethalakshmi -02/W/0145952 (Family Card) and after verification of the original, the same are recorded.

4. Today, an Affidavit dated 21.12.2017 was also filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that she has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

no objection to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 609 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No. 609 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
