J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants brought to the notice of this Court that a sale deed was executed by the respondent in favour of the 2nd appellant on 11.04.2016.

2. In view of the fact that the issues between the parties are now settled, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised.

3. Accordingly, the appellants are permitted to withdraw the appeal suit filed in A.S.No.623 of 2014 as the issues are settled out of Court between the parties. Thus, the Registry, High Court of Madras is directed to refund the full Court fee by following the procedures as contemplated.
