2.When the matter was called, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the conditional order of this Court dated 09.02.2021, directing the petitioner to pay a cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Madras, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order has been duly complied with and he has also filed a Memo dated 12.02.2021 to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
