Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the 2nd respondent to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.02.2015 and give police protection to put up compound wall in the petitioner's land as per measured boundaries and fixed the measurement stone by the Taluk Head Surveyor, Gummidipoondi on 11.02.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Petition seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.02.2015 and give police protection to put up compound wall in the petitioner's land.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has given complaint only to D.I.G and Superintendent of Police, Kanchipuram and Thiruvallur respectively and if the petitioner gives the complaint in writing to the police concerned, after conducting enquiry, they will provide police protection, if the situation so warrants.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to give a complaint to the Inspector of Police, Gummidipoondi Police Station to take further action and on receipt of the complaint, the police concerned shall take further action in accordance with law.
