No.8946 of 2026: Criminal miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS to extend the time for two weeks for executing the sureties as per the order of this Court mad in Crl.O.P. No.8925 of 2026 dated Prayer in Crl.MP. No.8947 of 2026: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS to modify the condition No.7(c) "each of the petitioners is directed to make a non refundable deposit of sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees one Lakh Fifty Thousand only) before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Veppanthattai. On such deposit, the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court is directed to release the said amount on proper identifications and on request to the defacto complainant through her Bank Account" in Crl.O.P. No.8925 of 2026, dated 09.04.2026.

Side) in both Crl.MPs COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking to extend the time for two weeks for executing the sureties and to modify the condition No.7(c) "each of the petitioners is directed to make a non refundable deposit of sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees one Lakh Fifty Thousand only) before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Veppanthattai. On such deposit, the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court is directed to release the said amount on proper identifications and on request to the defacto complainant through her Bank Account, as per the order of this Court mad in Crl.O.P. No.8925 of 2026 dated

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the direction given by this Court to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- each become impossible as the petitioners are agriculturist and he has filed memo before this Court that the condition may be modified by directing them to deposit Rs.75,000/- each.
4. Taking into consideration of the volunteer memo filed by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(c), as follows:
"each of the petitioners is directed to make a non refundable deposit of sum of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees one Lakh Fifty Thousand only) before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Veppanthattai. On such deposit, the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court is directed to release the said amount on proper identifications and on request to the defacto complainant through her Bank Account" and also extended two weeks time for executing the sureties as per the order of this Court mad in Crl.O.P. No.8925 of 2026 dated
