This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 35 days in filing the above C.M.A. filed against the judgment and decree dated 27.10.2021 made in M.C.O.P.No.4358 of 2018 on the file of the Chief Court of Small Causes (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the entire materials available on record.

3.Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 and 3 privately and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
